Food Outreach continues to be the innovator with providing nutritional support for people living with life-threatening disease, specifically HIV/AIDS and more recently cancer. The year 2008 marks our 20th year of making a difference to those in need, and to celebrate this milestone, we continue the tradition of sponsoring At Home With Food Outreach.
Last year, over $33,000 was raised through At Home With Food Outreach parties. This year, we hope to increase that number!
The premise of these parties is simple:
You host a dinner or cocktail party for your friends suggesting they make a donation for Food Outreach in return. No ballrooms, no oral or silent auctions, no rubber chicken dinners, just an evening with great food and conversation with people you want to spend time with.
This is your event.
You decide the date anytime between now and the end of the year. Casual to elegant, it is entirely up to you. While there are different Host Levels, we will gladly accept any donations you collect. By serving as a host, you will ensure that no one has to face the unthinkable combination of hunger and a life-threatening disease such as cancer or HIV/AIDS.

- Executive Chef (pledge to raise at least $5,000)
